As another customer put it while I was there, "This is not a gluten free bakery, this is THE gluten free bakery." Small but good selection, friendly owner, and tasty treats with struct adherence to GF baking. Beyond the joy of finding a place I can trust was when I went to pay--I was surprised to find out that the prices were extremely reasonable. I had been braced to pay a higher price, and instead I was very pleasantly shocked to pay a "normal" amount for baked goods. Having Celiac can be frustrating on many levels, including financial. Having a place that doesn't feel like it's up-charging everything because it can is an increased layer of trust and kindness, and it is so deeply appreciated. Not only will I go back again, but I was told that Saturday they will be making cinnamon rolls and Sunday will be danishes. Looks like I might be back much sooner than expected. 10/10. Great shop, tasty treats, and wonderful people.
